I've built my own sliders and used many through the years. This module overcomes the major issue all sliders have when operated by hand. It is a necessary add-on for hand operated slides, which are (let's face it) the fastest and most direct way to grab a B-Roll shots on the side with the lease amount of effort. A good choice for Edelkrone SliderPLUS Pro users!
This is a useful mechanism for those of us who do not own the auto controlled modules. It allows for smoother sliding and better control when stopping. Otherwise without it, manual sliding may appear inconsistent in speed and jerky.
