TLDR; 1. Software is on out dated media (CD). 2. USB cable not included 3. USB Port is blocked, you'll need to cut away some plastic. 4. Doesn't Support 20mil cards (30-40mil only) 5. No lamination film included I chose to purchase this unit from B&H because they had they best price at the time of purchase. Shipping took longer than desired but what really upset me was the lack of any lamination roll included and worse still, no mention in ANY of the included material as to which rolls the machine is compatible with. The site needs to state, and clearly that NO Lamination Roll is included. My other issue is that it REQUIRES you to install the software/drivers from a CD and my laptop as with just about any computer purchased today, doesn't have a disc drive! Finally, the USB port was not accessible without cutting a piece of plastic off the bottom to access it. Also just a heads up, it doesn't include a USB cable, this is a pretty standard practice these days though, and I have plenty laying around. One final issue, I was hoping to use this with 20mil cards, but the listing states it only supports 30-40mil cards.. Other than that, I highly recommend the CLM, it's an amazing device, and the quality is top notch.
