When I take photos I see dark lines moving across the screen. Why?
This most likely is happening when using a mobile phone due to the auto-exposure settings underexposing the image because of the all-white background. As you brighten the exposure (on iOS devices, tap on the screen and move up the sun icon next to the yellow focus square until the exposure is correct - on Android devices increase the ISO or lower the shutter speed), the lines will disappear.

I have the My Studio PS5 Portable Studio with Flourescent bulb that does not give enough light. Can this LED light be added to the system and how much light does it give off?
Yes, the LED light can be added as a replacement or combined with the fluorescent light as they are both 5000K color temperature. The LED light output is twice that of the fluorescent light.
