No, the SHAPE Grip Relocator Extension Cable for Canon C200 Camera is not compatible with the Canon EOS C300 Mark III Digital Cinema Camera Body. You would need the SHAPE Relocator Extension Cable for Canon C500 Mark II and C300 Mark III (https://bhpho.to/4oUf5l1).

Yes and no. The C100 handle does not use a standard arri rosette mount. The connector is inside the mounting mechanism. It works, but the grip couldn't be mounted to anything. It would dangle.
