Based on the original Polaroid OneStep from 1977, the OneStep2 from Polaroid Originals is a contemporary take on the classic instant film camera. Designed to be simple and easy to use, this camera accepts both i-Type and 600 instant films to produce 3.1 x 3.1" prints, and has true point and shoot functionality. The recognizable form factor of the camera recalls its predecessor, but has an updated graphite polycarbonate shell with an integrated optical viewfinder, built-in flash, self-timer function, and a familiar bright red shutter release. The fixed 106mm lens offers a comfortable field of view for everyday shooting, and its fixed focus design suits photographing subjects as close as 2' away. Powering the camera is a built-in 1300mAh lithium-ion battery pack, which is rated for up to 60-days of use per charge.

Accepts i-Type and 600 instant films to produce 3.5 x 4.2" prints with a 3.1 x 3.1" image area.
Fixed 106mm lens is constructed from optical grade, coated polycarbonate and acrylic and has a fixed-focus design for working with subjects as close as 2' away.
Built-in flash is available for working in low-light conditions.
Self-timer function is ideal for selfies and group portraits.
Built-in 1300mAh lithium-ion battery can last for up to 60 days per charge, and is charged through the camera with the included USB cable.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Next Generation I have a vintage 600 camera that I've had for years and i love it, but this new camera is old meets new. It's super easy o use and people always come over to see it when I'm out shooting with it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Wanted to love it... If you don't want to read my whole review, here is a pro/cons list. Pro: - Looks Cool Con: - Under/over exposed images. - Soft focus every time. - Random light leaks. - Awkward shape to hold to your face. - View Finder is way off. - Terrible customer support from Polaroid Originals. I really wanted to love this camera but sadly I don't. I hate it! I ordered it right before Christmas, as I thought it would be fun to document my time with my family. When it arrived, it was broken! It would not dispense any film. Polaroid Original was hard to reach, and very unprofessional. They finally got back to me and said they would send me a new camera and replace the film. I still had hope and was very excited! Fast forward about a month, the new camera arrived. I put in the new film and snapped a picture. It was under exposed with a green tone. Tried again and now it was over exposed with a green tint, super soft, and had a weird light leak. I have shot three rolls and tried everything they suggest to take a better picture. All are still awful pictures. They look nothing like they share on their social media outlets. I would not recommend buying this expensive toy unless you just want to look cool. Then do it, it looks really neat ... but man does it take terrible photos.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Nice camera poor prints I have some original Polaroid phots from 30 years ago. The color is good and they have held up surprisingly well. The photos I have taken with this camera are very poor resolution and the color is way off. I phoned Polaroid and they suggested it may be the film. I ordered 4 packs of film from B and H. I will try the others. However, the film packs are expensive and I don't know where to try to get a refund. I ordered this camera just before the holidays and got the camera 3 weeks ago. I am very disappointed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from What people don't talk about! So what makes buying this camera worth it over finding an old polaroid camera at the thrift shop? Well the coolest feature in my opinion is the rechargeable battery in the camera. Usually with instant film you are only left with the battery that's in the film pack but with this camera you can use either the i-type film (no battery pack, relies on camera's rechargeable battery) or you can use the polaroid 600 film (the same film but with battery pack in with the film cartridge). Why is this a cool feature? Well you can now stock up on Polaroid film for yourself or a a gift and not have to worry about the battery in the film pack dying rendering the film useless. You have the ability to recharge the camera and keep shooting! And if the battery inside the Polaroid Originals One Step 2 ever does die or lose performance you can just switch to using the Polaroid 600 film with the battery pack in the film cartridge. This camera is totally worth buying! And I forgot to mention the Polaroid Originals film is pretty good and is only getting better!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Polaroid Ever I love Polaroid cameras and have used just about every one in existence but none have been as great as this! It's fun to use, the lens is super sharp and best of all you save money on film because this one uses the I-type.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Camera OK, Film Is Not OK The OneStep2 works well mechanically. It moves film well through the camera. The built-in rolled plastic gizmo protects the film from light as it emerges from the camera. The weak flash fires reliably and exposes film acceptable, though I had to use the plus setting most of the time to get an accurate exposure. The problem is with the film, which lends a tan-yellow color to all images whether exposed indoors or outdoors and which takes a long time - 10 - 20 minutes to build an image. Perhaps this is intentional and the film is intended to produce some sort of lomographic effect. Perhaps this is due to limits in what the manufacturer was able to do in engineering the film. I would have preferred to use simple plastic filters in front of the lens to color an otherwise accurately colored image.
