The Magewell Eco Capture Dual SDI M.2 Card supports two SDI input sources simultaneously and allows you to capture up to 2048 x 1080 resolution (via 2K/3G/HD/SD-SDI) with embedded audio from each source to your computer. Featuring an M.2 (PCIe 2.0) computer interface, this card provides the flexibility to be used in compact/thin tablet computers and other small form factor PCs where PCIe slots may be at a minimum. It's compatible with Windows and Linux operating systems and is capable of operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week while an LED indicator confirms the working state of the input the entire time (idle, input signal locked, memory failed, or FPGA configuration).

What is the length of the provided sdi and hdmi cables?
B&H # MA11530 has 2 SDI connections, it does not offer SDI and HDMI. As far as the length, Magewell does not list that. However that is because it has MMCX to BNC Adapter Cables, instead of having BNC connection built on to the unit for size reasons. The cables will only be a few inches long.

How do you cable manage the input cable/s? Is there a breakout interface or something to harness the SDI or HDMI cable that have to connect externally?
The needed adapters are included. The SDI model of this Capture Card includes two MMCX to BNC Adapter Cables. While the Dual HDMI Mode, B&H # MA11510, will come with a pair of JST SHD to HDMI Type A Adapter Cables.

are there specific external enclosures for this type of capture card or will it fit in the standard pcie enclosure? i want to be able to connect this to a laptop via thunderbolt 3
We are not aware of this products compatibly with a PCI enclosure as it has a different kind of connection. Instead you could look at the Magewell Pro Capture SDI Card (1-Channel), B&H # MA100DESDI, which you should be able to install in the Sonnet Echo Express SE III Thunderbolt 3 Expansion Chassis for PCIe Cards, B&H # SOECEXPSE3T3.
