can this be mounted on a light stand?
The Yongnuo YN360 II LED Light Wand has a -20 tripod thread on the bottom of the unit. The Impact Swivel Umbrella Adapter, B&H # IMCA108, would be recommended as an adapter to connect the Yongnuo YN360 II LED Light Wand to the 5/8 baby stud on the top of a standard light stand.

Question: since the 5500k version doesnt have the bi-color option, does that mean that the unit it brighter than the bi-color version? I did get a chance to see the bi-color version of the light up close and it seemed like half of the 320 leds were for the 3200k and the other half were for the 5500k. (Minus 40 leds for the color bulbs as well)
Yes the 5600K version would be brighter while the bi-color version would give you nearly half the output in daylight mode.

Is this item actually only capable of 5500 Kelvin temperatures? The photos pictured here are like the 360II unit that I already have - which does both 3200K and 5500K.
This model can either give you a 5600 Kelvin Color or an RGB mode.

Yes, the Yongnuo YN360 II LED Light Wand (5500K), B&H # YOYN360IIW, does offer dimming. While Yongnuo does not list the dimming percentage, they do state that the fixture has an encoder digital dimming mode with coarse and fine adjusting mode, and can be dimmed accurately and reliably.

Does this have a 1/4 -20 mount like the previous version? The only close-up photo of one of the ends doesn't show any mounting hardware. Even if it did have a screw mount, would it be better to put this in a cardellini when mounting to a c-stand?
