Telestream SF7-MS01 Overview

The Telestream Premium Support Additional Year for ScreenFlow is an optional one-year extension to the Premium Support First Year plan for ScreenFlow. Just like the First Year plan, it provides you with telephone support, priority response whether you call or send an email, and 25% discounts on software upgrades for the duration of the plan.

As a Premium Support member, you will also be eligible for Remote Access Services (RAS), which is a fast and secure method of allowing a support technician to access your computer and identify and resolve an issue quickly. Support hours are 8AM - 5PM pacific time, excluding holidays. Telestream aims to respond within 8 business hours, with Premium members taking first priority.
