I Can't Figure Out Why It's So Expensive

I BOUGHT IT and it works great. No reservations on the quality or performance. If you're looking for a branded, easy replacement for your Litepanel Gemini 2x1, this is an easy and hassle free option. THE PROBLEM? For the life of me, I cannot figure out why this cable is so incredibly expensive. On one end is a basic male Edison NEMA-5 plug and on the other end is a locking female Neutrik powerCON True1 connector. Connecting the two plugs is a regular 14 AWG (gauge) 3-phase 300V cable (which can also be denoted as 14/3 300V). NONE OF THESE components are expensive or difficult to acquire and it's relatively easy to find a generic version for as low as twenty five dollars. To be fair, this price isn't totally out of the norm when compared to other brands, but it was the highest priced version I found. FOR NEARLY THE SAME PRICE you could purchase the individual parts yourself and construct up to a 50' long version. You can find plenty of documentation on how to assemble an Edison plug, and Neutrik's website has guides for installing True1 connectors.

My original aputure 300ii cord went out and I left my other cord in another state and it's impossible to find aputure accessory replacement cord. This one works perfect for 300dii and 300x

How many pins are on the end of this cable to see if it would fit a 300D ll? Hard to tell from the one photo.
The end of this cable is female for 3 slots as found on the Litepanels Gemini 2 x 1 panel.
