Containing all the necessary chemistry to process your own color negative film, the Cs41 C-41 Kit from Cinestill is a convenient kit for making one quart of working solution. This two-bath process, consisting of a three-part developer solution and a three-part bleach-fix solution, is reusable for up to 24 rolls, and a rinse aid stabilizer is also included to ensure consistent results throughout the lifespan of the chemistry. The chemistry can be used in conjunction with standard daylight developing tanks for ease of use, and a reference card and instructions are also included for correct processing times, push/pull times, and chemistry mixing.

Let's say i developed 3 rolls a the same time ...
Let's say i developed 3 rolls a the same time using "35mm" with (Paterson Multi-Reel 3 Developing Tank) so this counts as i developed 3 rolls? so for the next time i'll add time as i used the developer 3 times? and also i count that i already used 3 rolls so i got about 21 rolls left for the chemicals sensitivity??
It is recommended that you add 20% replenishment of chemicals every time you put in new rolls of film
