This 100mL bottle of SE5 Master Lith Printing Paper Developer is Part E of the Moersch SE5 Master Lith Kit. This is a concentrated potassium bromide additive solution, which should be used based on the type of paper being developed. When paired with a suitable paper, this solution should be diluted at 1:4 and is used to fine-tune the balance between the appearance of grain and the amount of shadow detail desired, and will also affect the overall print color depending on the silver content of the paper.
