These umbrellas are made of very weak material. For example, the center rod is merely rolled thin sheet metal. The are very easily damaged. Use your dollars wisely and buy better equipment.

How to separate the black/silver/white umbrella ...

How to separate the black/silver/white umbrella pieces? They are all stitched and can't tell without cutting the stitches. No instructions listed either.

Slide the silver tips off the top of the spokes of the umbrella, and that will revel the difusion part of the umbrella.
