Fitness Tracking
The Watch 2's motion sensors keep track of your activity and know whether you're walking, running, or climbing. Pressing the lower crown button lets you start a workout instantly, with live GPS and run coaching. A built-in heart rate tracker provides additional information about your workouts as well as your day to day life, and functions like VO2max, training effect, recovery advice, lap/time/distance reminders, and speed guidance let you perform at your best.
Design
The Watch features a completely circular 42mm face reminiscent of traditional wristwatches. Its buttons are situated at 2 and 4 o'clock for comfort and easy access. The 22mm lug size allows the Watch 2 to accept a wide variety of watch bands.
Dust and Water Resistant
An Ingress Protection rating of IP68 means the watch is dustproof and can withstand submersion in a tank of still tap water at room temperature for about 30 minutes at a depth of 4.9'.
