Use this adapter to flesh out your ALEXA Mini rig with rod-mounted accessories. The MAP-2 adapter plate is compatible with studio bridgeplates when used with the separately available BPA-4 adapter. Tape measure studs on both sides of the plate aid in measuring precise focus distances.
The ARRI MSB-1 Side Bracket helps to cradle and protect the ALEXA Mini camera body, providing 3/8"-16 and 1/4"-20 threads for mounting accessories. An integrated rosette enables the mounting of a separately available handgrip or handle. Use this bracket alone, or as a modular part of the ARRI ALEXA Mini cage.
The ARRI SAB-1 Side Accessory Bracket fits onto an ALEXA Mini adapter plate, providing multiple points for attaching accessories to the camera (adapter plate available separately). In addition to 3/8"-16 and 1/4"-20 threaded holes, the SAB-1 provides interfaces for attaching the RMB-3 Rod Mounting bracket and MSB-1 Mini Side Brackets. The SAB-1 Bracket can be mounted to an MAP-1 or MAP-2 ALEXA Mini Adapter Plate, the Mini Broadcast Plate, or the CBP-1 Compact Bridgeplate.
Use the ARRI MVB-1 Viewfinder Mounting Bracket to mount the MVF-1 electronic viewfinder to an ALEXA Mini camera. This bracket provides adjustable positioning of the EVF via 15mm LWS rods and the viewfinder mount. The separately available MAP-2 adapter plate is required for 15mm rod support on the ALEXA Mini.
