Does this adapter plate have 1/4 20 or 3/8 16 ...
Does this adapter plate have 1/4 20 or 3/8 16 threaded holes on the bottom? I would like to attach a tripod plate directly to the bottom without including the additional Arri Cine Plate or Broadcast Plate. Thanks
According to Arri this part is designed to be used with the ARRI Cine Plate for Canon C300 Mark II
BH #ARCPC3002. According to Arri ideally, you will need to use both plate together in order to mount to a tripod directly. The C200 plate does have 1 x 3/8” and 1 x ¼-20” receiving holes but they don’t know if the spacing to your tripod plate will be compatible. Once again, they suggest using both together or just attaching the tripod directly to the C200 without this Adapter Plate.
