Got the extra cable so I could easily swap the camera between cars. Works fine. Length is great.
Good replacement / back-up power cord. (1 improvement suggestion: reinforce 1-2 inches of cord that connects into the Transcend camera. This area is subject to repeated bending, so reinforcement could prevent wires from fatigue-breakage.
