Yes it can be. This cage has 1/4 -20 threads on the bottom of it which will allow you to mount it to a quick release plate. Or you could use a 15mm Rod Bridge Adapter if you want to connect it to 15mm Rods.https://bhpho.to/2IL70Lw

This cage comes with 2 Cheese Rods to adjust the height of clearance. The taller of the two is 5.7 inches which is 14.48 cm. It will just clear that height.

The specs I see for that camera online are: Dimensions (W x H x D) 5.43 x 3.84 x 3.48" / 138 x 97.5 x 88.4 mm
There is 4" clearance from mounting screw to handle post. You can to about 4 1/2" in height.
I use mine on a small video camera and sometimes a gopro with accessories. It's a great way to shoot video with two hands stabizing.
