The 7" Articulating Magic Arm from CAMVATE supports a load capacity up to 6.6 lb and can be rotated 360°. It has a 1/4"-20 screw on one side and a cold shoe mount on the other side. You can remove the shoe mount and have two 1/4"-20 screws. The arm is designed for mounting accessories such as an LED light or monitor on a camera.

I bought this to hold a flash at a remote odd angle. It replaces a tilt/swivel head that didn't swivel. It works just fine for this situation. It's a little clumsy to set up, but once you get it set it works just fine. I wouldn't trust anything heavier than a flash unit on it, but for that purpose I'm quite happy with it; especially for the price.
