It is possible to power a C300 Mark II with this unit, however you will need to also purchase the proper cable to connect to the C300 Mark II. The Core SWX D-Tap to LEMO Power Cable for C300 Mark II (24") is a great option, B&H # COPTC3MK2. https://bhpho.to/2UIv7Vl

Can I power my Atomos Shinobi with the unit's 12v output while simultaneously powering my BMPCC4K via the dummy Battery? I'm concerned with creating a electrical loop that will short out the HDMI input.

Yeah, there is no reason this should not work safely: You will need a d-tap cable though, such as this one: https://bhpho.to/3oBKHNq
