The V-Lock Mounting Plate Power Supply Splitter from CAMVATE is a safe, efficient power-saving adapter with a quick release V-lock plate. It features four power output interfaces for 2, 7.2, 5, and 14.8-volt D-Tap, as well as four power cable adapters. There are 1/4"-20, 3/8"-16, and M3 holes for mounting, as well as a super clamp crab pliers clip for convenient fixing to a tripod, water pipe, handrail, pole, shelf, or table. It also has a 360° rotatable and 90° tiltable double-ball head mount. This mounting plate has a load capacity of up to 3.3 lb.

Really have to jam the batteries in

I use this plate to power a focus monitor and wireless receiver on a stand and it works well for the most part - the arm can be a little flimsy. The odd thing is that you have to really jam the V-locks in, it doesn't seem to like to take some designs of V-locks normally (I've used IDX so far and it's not super friendly to them), I thought my plate was faulty at first because of it - possibly from the ridges at the sides.
