comfortable grip, wiggles slightly

The wood handle is nice to hold, and screws into the small rig cages I have, but the screws are not securely centered in the metal arm of this handgrip and so it wiggles slightly if I am yaw rotating. Not a big deal, you learn how to avoid it, but it is something to keep in mind.

We're afraid not. This is for select Camvate cages only, it is not compatible with the CAME-TV cage mentioned.

Not directly since there is no left hand side ARRI rosette on the camera. However, if you have a baseplate that has a left hand ARRI rosette, and you add an extension, yes that would work. Tilta Extension Arm for Side Handles B&H # TITTE02 should work.

Yes, the CAMVATE Wooden Handgrip for Select Cage Rigs (Left Hand) has the same 0.7" spacing as Smallrig. The Handle will work with the SmallRig Camera Cage for Sony ZV-E10.
