LumiQuest StripBox LTp with UltraStrap

LumiQuest StripBox LTp & B&H are excellent

I love this modifier. I use it for photographing small wildlife (reptiles, amphibians, bats, etc) in the field. It folds up small but still maintains it's intended shape well when in use, which is something that is not the case for all fold up small (laptop size) modifiers. I have no concerns about using it in the rain. While I use it for wildlife, it would work great for product photography, antiques, collectables, or other small objects. I don't have much use for the strip panels, but they'd be perfect for getting a long catchlight on wine/liquor bottles. It's a bit small for photographing people, but in a pinch, way better at wrap-around light than bare flash. I've tried a number of modifiers of this size (both DIY and commercial products) and this is my fav. No surprise but B&H customer service was really great on this order. My 5 year old daughter commandeered the box before I got home from work, so I thought the order never arrived. I didn't report it missing to B&H for 3 week. They petitioned the shipper on my behalf and issued me a gift card to cover it. I eventually found the box and notified them, thankfully prior to me using the gift card. Had I used most other online retailers and the package actually been missing, I would have lost the cost of the item.
