Does this work with the Teradek CTRL.3 Latitude MDR-X and a Sony FX9 camera? One side is a 2.5mm LANC and the other side is?

Yes, this cable [Teradek RT Latitude MDR LANC Run/Stop Cable (16")] is compatible with the Sony FX9. The other end of this cable has a 6-pin LEMO port. Teradek calls it a CAM port.

The Teradek RT Latitude MDR LANC Run/Stop Cable (16") (B&H# TE111376) will connect to the 2.5mm LANC port of the Canon EOS C300 Mark III Digital Cinema Camera (EF Lens Mount) (B&H# CAC3003EF) for control using a Teradek RT MDR receiver such as the Teradek RT Latitude MDR-M Receiver (1-2 Axis) (B&H# TE150008).
