This will not work on the Olympus in TTL mode. It will however work in manual mode

How does the light from this unit compare with that from the 14EX (which I have)?
This thing puts out a lot of light. I do macro, 0.5x to 2x, and I typically use 1/128th to 1/32nd power depending on the depth of field I'm looking for.
