While both the Tamron collar/foot and RRS use the arca-swiss system, we've found that on certain RRS lever clamps that the resistance is tighter than when use with arca-swiss' own plates and devices. While this might not be a problem in the short term, wear-and-tear in the long term could cause your lever clamp to require maintenance. For this reason, it's best to consider screw-knob RRS clamps or use RRS fore-aft plates on lenses.
