The black Sennheiser ZH102 is a vampire pin clip designed to provide secure attachment to clothing for an MKE2 and ME2 lavalier microphones. Its unobtrusive design features two, spring-loaded pins that pierce through the fabric of t-shirts, sweaters, and more. A cable clip holds the cable in place to help reduce cable noise.

No mfg makes a vampire clip for lectrosonic M152 lav so I bought 3 kinds hoping one would fit. This one doesn't. The channel is hard plastic and not flexible and too narrow to accept the cable.
The grey material is very stiff, and hard to grasp, it;'s angled like a trapezoid and the material isn't grippy at all, the other side has pins so it's a bit tough to position the lav cable. I thought this product was going to enable me to use my Sennheiser lav like a tram tr50 lav, where you could just pin this on the inside of the talent's shirt and forget it, but its more like a strain relief clip for my Sennheiser Me 2 lav mic. it's useful, but you still need to gaff tape the lav in place.
