If you get the Dual plate, it will work with Manfrotto RC2 system or the Arca Swiss system.

Yes, the Peak Design Clip for Capture v3 (Black) can support either of those configurations when firmly clamped to the shoulder strap of a Lowepro Flipside Trek Backpack. This will support the Canon EOS R5 Mirrorless Camera with either the Canon RF 24-70mm f/2.8L IS USM Lens or the Canon RF 70-200mm f/4L IS USM Lens mounted.
