Wimberley Replacement Foot for Canon 400 f/2.8 IS I & II and 600 f/4 IS I & II Lenses

The Replacement Foot for Canon 400 f/2.8 IS I & II and 600 f/4 IS I & II Lenses from Wimberley is an Arca-type compatible, black anodized 6061 aluminum foot with a double-dovetail mount for accessories that can attach to the top as well as to the bottom of the foot. Compared to the foot originally supplied with the lens, the lower profile of this lightweight and durable replacement foot lends for better balance when mounted atop a tripod head. The lower profile also reduces flex and vibrations when in use. Furthermore, 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 sockets have been provided for tripod heads that do not have a compatible Arca-type clamp. Dual safety stops are included to prevent accidental sliding of the lens if a clamp is partially open.
