For a rather large room 20 x 35 I'd like to pair this with a Rode VideoMic NTG (USB shotgun mic) attached to the top of the camera barrel to hear a speaker 20 feet away in a Zoom meeting. Do you see a problem with that? Would that lightweight mic be a problem for the camera movement?
Hello Thomas. I would stay away from mounting a microphone to the PTZ Pro 2 camera. You would lose some, if not all, movement as the motors aren't made to move extra weight.

Hello Paul. The PTZ Pro 2 is designed to be mounted upright. It comes with a wall mount for wall installations, but it is not meant to be installed upside down from the ceiling.
