Good speed ring for large softboxes

I use the metal rings for mounting the larger softboxes & striplights. I have never been sure this has extra benefit, but they seem sturdier than the polycarbonite speed rings for bearing weight. Especially good with a 102 head because it is also aluminum - and this pairing avoids the need to use a 3770 head bracket.
