Built for reliable, long-term 3D printing in office and industrial environments, the Bolt Pro 3D Printer from Leapfrog features Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) printing technology; a build volume of 13 x 12.6 x 8.1" with one extruder or 11.8 x 12.6 x 8.1" with dual extruders; a layer resolution of 50 to 350 microns; a print speed of 100mm/s; and the ability to utilize 1.75mm PLA, ABS, HIPS, Flex, Nylon, Hybrid, Woodfill, PVA, Carbon, and other compatible filaments, such as Leapfrog Maxx Essentials and Maxx Pro. It is equipped with a closed print chamber, a heated glass print bed with semi-automatic Z-axis leveling, and a 7" color LCD touchscreen. Users may print their compatible .gcode files via wired USB, Ethernet, and Wi-Fi connectivity using the included Simplify3D software. Also included is bed adhesion material (3DLac or stickers) and a Leapfrog USB key.
When the Bolt Pro is online, it can automatically check for new firmware and software updates and install these for you. Frequent updates are available due to the development of new features, like the auto-shutdown feature to reduce power consumption, or the addition of new languages for the user interface.
