This is an enlarger timer. There has to be a dual range that allows for 1/10 second settings. 1 to 9999 seconds is 1 second to 2hours and 45 minutes. Is this really the case? Seems nuts??
This timer was designed and manufactured when digital timers were hand assembled from discrete components. Some customers like the product just because it counts down in seconds. My all time favorite is the GraLab Model 300 Electro-Mechanical Darkroom Timer - 120V/60/Hz
