The Rycote Stereo Cyclone XY Kit 1 Windshield System for Sennheiser MKH 8040 X/Y Pair is designed specifically to fit a pair of Sennheiser MKH 8040 microphones. The Neumann KM 184 is a different size and as such will not fit properly.

The Rycote Stereo Cyclone XY Kit 1 Windshield System for Sennheiser MKH 8040 X/Y Pair has two low-profile MZL female / XLR 3-pin female connectors (proprietary connector used for Sennheiser MKH 8000 series microphones) for the microphones and an XLR 5-pin male output connector.
