Good quality and good customer service
As a new computer and printer user i now seem to have all kinds of information available. It's a little overwhelming. So far I have found my printer easy to use and the web site while a little confusing ultimately let me order the 730 toner cartridge I wanted, which was delivered promptly. Overall this has been a good experience
Product works great. Wish they included a return slip for the old cartridge but you can download the return slip.
It is a reliable product and lasts long good quality
I only got about 350 copies out of the cartridge and it is supposed to be 1200. It did not live up to what it was supposed to do.

My printer didn't work. I put in the toner: it works.
The toner cartridge was easy to load & it worked great, right away. I wish the cost were less expensive. I went to toner instead of ink because I thought it would be. I’d like a recycling label to come in the new toner box. My old toner cartridge is waiting to be recycled because I’m having trouble accessing the paperwork.
