On its 5-lumen low setting, the light will run 60 hours on two CR123A batteries. A shroudless two-stage push-button tailcap switch selects output levels on a momentary basis; twist the tailcap for constant-on activation.

The EDCL2-T housing is machined from an aluminum alloy finished with an anodized hard coat, and is equipped with a two-way clip for bezel-up or down carry.
