The Arturia Clavinet V is a software recreation of the classic Horner D6 Clavinet using physical circuit modeling. Unlike sample libraries that produce static snapshots of individual events, the physical modeling and algorithmic emulation technology sets out to reproduce the acoustic properties of the strings, hammers, key action, tone filter, pickups, and more. There's even an accurate model of a Fender Twin with spring reverb and various stomp boxes.
The Arturia Clavinet V offers an advanced mode for editing a variety of parameters including harmonic profile selections, velocity curves, string resonance, release time, tuning, key release noise, dynamics, hammer hardness, and pickup noise. The software ships with 74 factory presets and features easy-to-use MIDI mapping for setting up and using a MIDI controller.
