I had high hopes for this product because it was the only replacement I had found online for the tripod I have, but I quickly realized this is not the original release plate. This product looks and feels different than the original one. When attaching it to my tripod, it was so wobbly and unstable, unlike the original one which fits very snugly and securely. The second problem was, minutes after I tested it out and checked if it screwed/unscrewed well onto my camera, the little black part near the screw fell off as it was not really secure in the first place. I don't like giving bad reviews but the quality of this is awful and obviously very different from the original quick release plate. The only good thing about this product is that the shipping was incredibly fast.

Product is fine but the waiting time to get it takes way to long.
I had lost the quick release plate for my Ultra 7000TM tripod some time ago, so I needed a replacement. I was glad to find this one at a reasonable cost. Fits well and does the trick, since the tripod isn't a lot of use without it.
Delivered quickly, works perfectly. Priced better than Amazon.
