I love the Veydra lenses. They are, however, prime lenses. With a metabones adaptor you can use other lenses. Get the fastest lenses you can afford.

question

Can I use the GH5s to match my Canon XL2 video???
Asked by: Worzel
The best match for a video camera is an identical video camera. That being said, these are very far from identical. I would say the analog SD Standard Definition XL2 would look very poor against the digital HD High Definition GH5.Please write us with the details of what you wish to do so that we may best assist you. question

What is the crop factors when using the Metabones XL 0.64x?
Asked by: NICHOLAS
Crop factor is use to determine the angle of view with a given lens mm in formats other than full frame. Normally the crop factor of MTF cameras as compared to full frame is 2x. However, a speed booster with a factor of 0.64x means 2 x 0.64x = 1.28 crop factor. The 0.64 is recommended if you are primarily doing video. If you do primarily stills, it is recommended that you use the 0.71x speedbooster since it has better corner sharpness than the 0.64. Lessened corner performance is less an issue in video than it would be in stills.

question

Is the GH5s able to record real-time 120fps? If so is it exact 120, 119.88, or both?
Asked by: Anonymous
It is our understanding that in 24Hz and 59.94Hz, the camera shoots 120FPS and plays back at 23.97 and 59.94 respectfully.
