Record and stream 2D and 3D spherical video content with the Vuze+ 4K 3D 360 Spherical VR Camera. Featuring eight camera units, each with a 2MP Sony sensor, the Vuze+ can generate and record UHD 4K 30 fps images for each eye in a VR environment, or UHD 4K 60 fps images for monoscopic viewing. H.264 video and JPEG still photos are saved to an installed microSD card (available separately).
Where the Vuze+ separates itself from its predecessor is its ability to stream live. Connect a computer via USB for stitching and live streaming with Vuze LIVE. Video is stitched in real time by your computer for immediate online viewing.
Essential applications included with the Vuze+ help with the capture and processing of your video. The Vuze Camera App is available for iOS and Android, and offers live preview, remote start/stop and photo capture, exposure adjustment, and media management. Vuze VR Studio offers automated and manual stitching, video editing facilities, horizon stabilization, color and exposure adjustments, and output encoding. Five licenses are included with the camera.
The body of the camera itself is IP65 rated for protection against dust and water ingress, and it has a 1/4"-20 mounting thread for securing to a tripod or other grip equipment. Microphones are positioned strategically around the camera body to capture spatial audio to complement the spherical video. When operating out in the field, the internal battery can last for about an hour for untethered shooting.
