The company that I work for bought two of these softboxes for our warehouse studio. The material is fine and the diffusers are made well. However, the rods are terrible, no not just terrible, they are so badly made that I have had to call the company four or five times to get replacement rods. Now I can't even get those as they have been out of stock for a year now. The rods snap at the speedring as they are not substantial enough to hand the weight of this large softbox so the snap off right at the insert part of the speedring. I highly recommend not purchasing this box, unless you can find a substitute rod to replace the rods that come with the box. One upset customer.
The 24x32 size is perfect for soft light and yet isn't so big it gets in the way of our jib.
