haven't used it yet. I'm sure it'll work fine but product arrived bent with hardware loose in the box. not the best packaging for a product that damages easily.

Good stuff right here. Made with thick enough material to not dent easily and the mount works as it should with my Godox AD600 flash heads. Finish is well-done and even across the dish. As a plus, makes a quite satisfying ping when the flash is fired and the sound level ramps up as the flash power increases. Gives a good audible indication of power used and that it is firing.
I haven't tried it yet, but....

The Godox Beauty Dish Reflector (White, 16.5"), B&H # GOBDRW, is designed for light fixtures that use the Bowens S-mount connection. It would not be compatible for use with AlienBees light fixtures. You would have to purchase either the Angler Beauty Reflector with Adapter Kit (16"), B&H # ANEG49AK, or the FotodioX Pro Beauty Dish for Balcar and AlienBees Flash Heads (16"), B&H # FOD16ALIENBS, for use with AlienBees light fixtures.

As such, you would need to purchase an adapter such as the Raya Reflector Adapter for Speedlight, B&H # RARAS, to connect a hot shoe flash like the Nikon SB-700 Speedlight Flash to the Godox Beauty Dish Reflector (White, 16.5").

Is it compatible with the Godox MS300 Studio Flash?
Definitely compatible with the Godox MS300 and the flash bulb on its own but not sure if the modeling bulb will interfere with the plate inside beauty dish. I use this beauty dish on my Godox 400 & 600 which both are bowens mount same as the beauty dish and goes perfect and as i said not sure if the modeling bulb of the MS300 will touch the inner plate of dish as it looks pretty long but with the flash bulb on its own it is definitely compatible
