Purchased on 6/21/23. The reflector clamps shown in the picture on this date have been replaced with a much better/stronger clamp similar to an Impact CC-133.

Is the 16.2mm the maximum size of the hole and ...

Is the 16.2mm the maximum size of the hole and can I use it with a 12.7mm shaft?

The Photoflex Small Clip Collar with Knob for LiteDisc Holder has a maximum opening of 16.2mm. It would not be suitable with a 12.7mm (about 0.5 in) shaft.
