Shoot smooth video with your smartphone using the AFi V5 3-Axis Handheld Gimbal from Draco Broadcast. This gimbal stabilizes your video on all three axes—yaw, pitch, and roll. STUCK with an unit with misstated specs and other issues!

Took a risk, and failed, and not returnable. This unit will not accommodate a 3.5 cm phone as stated. Closer to 3.3, and as a result does not accommodate a Google Pixel 7 with an Otter Box Defender case. To make matters worse, the zoom switch is problematic, hangs during operation. Also, the tilt/pan rocker impacts the photo button. Lastly, the instructions fall short, indicating two stabilizing modes, but the unit clearly has three.

Great to see it is here. Tried one. Works great.

Is this truly a "stabilized" gimbal? The description and video are not very definitive in this respect.

Yes, the Draco Broadcast AFi V5 3-Axis Handheld Gimbal will actively stabilize smartphones ranging from 3.5 to 5.5".

Not that we are aware of. This gimbal is only designed to work with the Smart Phone, it may not be able to balance an additional lens on the Smart Phone.
