The Touch and Go Receiver/Plate System from Wooden Camera is a quick release system with a receiver and plate that is compatible with OConnor 120mm, Sachtler 35, and Ronford-Baker RBQ. The plate attaches to the camera via the included 3/8"-16 screws, and snaps into locked mode by dropping it into the base. By pushing the lever further, you can clamp the quick release plate in place. By pulling the lever and pushing down on the side release button at the same time, you can remove the plate from the camera.

Can I use this for my FX6 rig and my Sachtler Flow
Can I use this for my FX6 rig and my Sachtler Flowtech 75 MS Carbon Fiber tripod with Ace XL Mark II Fluid Head?
Yes, the bottom of the Wooden Camera Touch and Go Receiver/Plate System has many female screw connections. This would allow you to attach the QR plate of the ACE XL Mk II head to the bottom of the Touch and Go plate system. This would convert the standard Ace Plate to touch and Go.
