Can I use daisy chain this, if I want to send 1 audio signal to 32 headphones?

You would experience degradation of audio quality by linking these headphone amplifiers. I would suggest using the Rolls RA163 Distribution Amplifier, B&H # RORA163. Connect your mixing board headphone output to the Rolls RA163 with a Pro Co Sound 1/4" Phone Male to 2 1/4" Phone Female Y-Cable - 1,' B&H # PRYCPM2PF1 and two of the Hosa Technology Mono 1/4" Male to 3-Pin XLR Male Audio Cable - 2,' B&H # HOPMXM2. Then you can distribute that signal to two units of the Behringer Powerplay HA8000, using two of the Pearstone PM Series 1/4" TRS M to XLR F Professional Interconnect Cable - 1.5' (0.46 m), B&H # PEPMTRSXF1.5.

Do the aux inputs accept mic level audio?

No. The aux inputs on the Mackie HM-800 Headphone Amplifier are intended for use with line level audio signal which is a much higher level than mic level signal.
