This unit has a conditioner in it, but it would depend on the overall setup and how you were using the Furman.

Is this unit manageable via network connectivity (RJ45)? Specification page says serial via RJ45 but nothing about remote management via network. Thanks.

It is possible that the use of the word "serial" throws off users but APC refers to the port as the APC SmartConnect port which is indeed the network port on the rear of the unit.
