The Bright Tangerine 15mm Rod with 3/8" Internal Thread Adapter is designed as one component of the two-part quick release system for the Bright Tangerine Titan articulating arm. It functions as the receiver for the Bright Tangerine 1/4" and 3/8" Anti-Twist Quick Release Brackets, sold separately. It allows you to attach the quick release bracket to the Titan arm in order to achieve quick release mounting of accessories to the arm.
The 15mm Rod with 3/8" Internal Thread Adapter also offers alternative uses. Designed to 15mm rod measurements, it is also compatible with other 15mm rod clamps and accessories; featuring a 3/8"-16 female thread, it lets you secure 3/8"-16 accessories like Cardellini/Mafer clamps or junior pins to mount lights. To install the 15mm Rod with 3/8" Internal Thread Adapter, the native screw at the end of the Titan Arm must first be removed.
