Can you tell me the serial number of these product?
Asked by: Mariam
The serial number is only provided after you purchase the wireless system. We cannot provide a serial number for an item that you do not own. If you are looking for the serial number on a wireless system that you have already purchased, you can find it printed inside the battery compartment of the transmitter and receiver.

Does this work with a Panasonic G85 or G95 camera?
Asked by: Todd
Yes, the Sennheiser EW 112P G4 Camera-Mount Wireless Omni Lavalier Microphone System would work with the Panasonic Lumix G85 Mirrorless Camera, as the camera has the necessary 3.5mm microphone input connection. The EW 112P G4 includes an adapter to mount the receiver onto the camera shoe, as well as the appropriate cable to connect the receiver's output to the camera's input. It does not appear that the Panasonic Lumix G95 Mirrorless Camera has the necessary 3.5mm microphone input connection, however.

What kind of cable do I need to plug the receiver ...

What kind of cable do I need to plug the receiver into a Canon C70 video camera? I understand the Canon C70 has mini XLR ports.
Asked by: James
I guess the Canon C70 have both "2 xlr inputs" and a "mic external input". If you want to use a XLR input you will have to buy an unbalanced audio cable with a 3.5mm TRS locking connector on one end and a 3-pin XLR male jack on the other

Will this work with canon c200?
Asked by: Scott
This wireless system would work well with the Canon C200 camera. The appropriate XLR output cable for the receiver is supplied as well as mounting hardware to affix it to your camera's cold shoe. You can choose to come into the camera at mic or line level.

Can you buy an additional transmitter and sync it ...

Can you buy an additional transmitter and sync it to record two subjects direct to camera? Or do you need to purchase two units?
Asked by: Zach
Short answer is no you can not, you will need an additional system if you want to record two subjects. You can send one transmitter to multiple receivers, but not the other way around. One receiver cannot receive signals of two transmitters. There are only a few select systems on the market that have a dual receiver built into one body.
