Styled in a metallic light blue finish, the Ibanez AX Series AX120 is an electric guitar with a double-cutaway poplar body and a maple neck. Atop the 24.7”-scale neck sits a bound fingerboard fashioned out of treated New Zealand Pine. This fingerboard offers 22 medium frets with an acrylic white block inlay.
For electronics, this guitar is outfitted with a pair of Classic Elite humbucking pickups courtesy of Ibanez. Dedicated volume and tone knobs are provided for each humbucker, giving you the ability to dial in specific timbres for each pickup. You can then switch or blend between the humbuckers with a three-position toggle switch.
Strings are affixed to the body by means of a Full Tune III bridge and a corresponding Full Tune III tailpiece with chrome hardware employed throughout.
