Avantone Pro MP1 Overview

The black Avantone Pro MP1 MixPhones are over-ear headphones offering personal monitoring versatility, ideal for use in DJ setups, studio recording, mixing playback, and live stage applications. Their 50mm drivers yield a frequency response of 18 Hz to 25 kHz. They ship with two cables, threaded 1/4" adapters, and a soft carrying bag.

The MixPhones design boasts three modes—standard stereo, a mono configuration, and a mix mode. The mix mode contours the mid frequencies to produce a sound similar to that of MixCube near-field monitors, allowing for better translation when checking mixes.

Thick padding and oversized earcups offer comfort and isolation. The pivot design grants enhanced positioning and storage options.

Headphones sound great. Came with 2 cables- one straight and one coiled. Straight one didn't work which relates to some quality control issues I've read and I took a star off for it.

I wanted these headphones and live in Canada. I know who sells the cheapest here and they are a 10 minute drive away from me. They could not support my order with Pay Pal properly so I gave up and said I would bite the bullet with Customs duties, brokerage hst etc. and order from the US. B & H has the option for you to pay duties etc in advance so there are no surprises later. I cant believe these guys got this product to my front door in 2 days. After all was said and done I still saved $45. How is that possible? But it is. B&H you are my new to go to place from now on, even though Im and Canada and your in New York. I would recommend this place to anyone. Service is one of my number 1 criteria and B & H just hit the top of my list. Product came in perfect condition. So far these headphones are unbelievable for what I use them for which is a combination of recording mixing etc. I have 5 other sets of headphones but keep using these. Great product. Thank you B& H!
